  • Equipment can be collected from and returned to KBT’s Mackay yard. Transport to site can also be arranged if required.

    Out-of-hours and weekend collections or returns can be accommodated by arrangement.

  • Our hire rates are set in line with agreed supplier rates, ensuring all equipment supplied through KBT remains market-competitive and fairly priced. Our service and coordination are included in the hire rate, providing a single point of contact with no hidden extras.

  • Yes. If the equipment you require isn’t listed, our team can assist in sourcing suitable options through our network to meet your project and site requirements.

  • Mine-compliant options are available across a range of equipment. Compliance requirements can vary by site, so our team will work with you to confirm the appropriate specifications and documentation prior to hire.

  • Relevant documentation such as service history, pre-starts, compliance details, and specifications can be provided as required. Additional site-specific documentation can be supplied on request.

  • KBT remains your single point of contact throughout the hire period. If equipment issues or breakdowns occur, simply contact our team and we’ll manage the response, including liaising with suppliers or arranging support as required.

  • KBT Industries supplies equipment through trusted suppliers who maintain their equipment in accordance with service and site requirements. Our team coordinates servicing and support as required and remains the single point of contact throughout the hire period to ensure reliable operation.
